Hi Church!
Did you like my riddle? Many of you gave serious thought and some great guesses at the answer!
While studying for this past week’s sermon, I deeply contemplated God becoming flesh. In theology they call it the hypostatic union. But not just flesh, He started as an embryo, conceived in the womb of a girl named Mary, by the Holy Spirit. He downsized to the size of a pinhead, and when He was just one week old He weighed 1/8 of an ounce and was only the size of a penny. Wow. Only God. I hope you never forget that or being awe struck by it. Christmas is about God becoming like us so that we could become like him.
